Ballot commitments minted
This server does not store or serve the address↔ballot mapping — it only processes the voter addresses once, while building the mint statement, and keeps just the commitments below with no address attached. Voters find their own ballot by connecting their wallet on the voting page and scanning the chain, never by asking this server "which one is mine." This table is just a record of what was minted, for your own bookkeeping.
Your wallet pays the fee and is recorded as this election's initiator (only the initiator can end the vote early) — this server never sees your keys.
